At the start of the new training semester, 4 trainees were delighted to receive a trainee vehicle. The lucky trainees this half-year are Anna-Maria Dinauer (building materials inspector), Antoine Kalanda (construction equipment operator), Björn Burkhardt (professional driver) and Johanna Kast (industrial clerk). They were honored for their outstanding performance during their training and are now allowed to use the trainee vehicles for six months without mileage restrictions and at no cost for fuel or insurance.

CEO Stefan Bögl personally presented the vehicles to the trainees. The recipients were selected on the basis of various criteria, including the results of the intermediate examination, the grades from the vocational school and the assessments from the specialist areas completed. This assessment ensures that the trainee vehicles are awarded to trainees who have consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and commitment.

With this campaign, Max Bögl underlines its commitment to promoting young talent and its efforts to create a supportive working environment. The trainee vehicles are intended not only as recognition for commitment to training, but also as a practical tool for the professional and personal development of the trainees.
