Quality Management

Quality means meeting customer requirements and expectations. At Max Bögl, a consistent focus on the customer is firmly anchored in our quality policy. Quality management (QM) means not only passively testing or ensuring quality, but actively creating (managing) it. The term “quality management” thus encompasses all activities that contribute to meeting customer requirements and the company’s own quality standards. Every employee plays a part in this. For this reason, quality management cannot be limited to individual departments but must be applied holistically and at all times.

The Max Bögl Group is certified according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management standard. This demonstrates Max Bögl’s corporate commitment to systematic quality management, as verified by an independent, accredited certification body.

Employees have access at all times to contact persons (quality management representatives) from their respective business units or central departments, as well as to the managers from the corporate quality management department for cross-functional matters.

To ensure consistent quality in our products and processes, corresponding guidelines are defined. These guidelines specify in concrete and understandable terms what needs to be done, by whom, and how. The guidelines can be viewed digitally at any time via an IT application. The core processes, for example, are documented in a process-oriented manner using the maxlandkarte.

Audits are used to verify compliance with and implementation of internal and external requirements and regulations. This is carried out by trained auditors through an assessment of the responsible departments and a review of documentation and processes. This provides departments with an objective and expert evaluation, enabling them to continuously improve based on the insights gained.

Our actions are guided by a zero-defect strategy. Should an error occur despite extensive precautions, we view it as an opportunity to improve. Through targeted, cross-departmental analysis and the implementation of corrective measures, we prevent errors from recurring throughout the entire process chain.
