Infrastructure for Safety and Resilience

Max Bögl combines planning, industrial manufacturing, and the execution of work in an integrated approach, thereby laying the groundwork for the successful implementation of complex infrastructure projects in security-critical environments. The focus is on speed, reliability, process reliability, quality, and a high degree of vertical integration.

Systematisierter Bau

Systematic Construction for the Defense Sector

Requirements in the defense sector range from individual buildings to technical infrastructure and entire properties. The sector demands high-performance structures, short construction timelines, clear lines of responsibility, and reliable project management.

By combining planning, industrial manufacturing, and construction, we create integrated solutions for infrastructure projects of all sizes.

Areas of Service

  • Maintenance and repair buildings
  • Logistics and warehouse facilities
  • Parking areas and shelters
  • Functional and utility buildings
  • Production facilities

  • Housing
  • Administrative buildings
  • Functional buildings
  • Parking garages and parking facilities

  • Roads and transportation route
  • Access areas
  • Ports and airport facilities
  • Underground infrastructure
  • Bridges and tunnels

Integrated Value Creation from a Single Source

The group’s high level of vertical integration is one of its key strengths. Numerous disciplines are brought together under one roof, including building construction, specialized civil engineering, steel construction, earthworks, transportation infrastructure construction, bridge construction, tunnel construction, and utility and waste management.

In-house manufacturing facilities, raw material extraction, concrete and asphalt mixing plants, steel fabrication, mechanical engineering, and our own fleet of vehicles and equipment enable controlled processes along the entire value chain. From raw materials to the finished structure, quality, processes, and supply reliability remain traceable.

Advantages

  • Planning, manufacturing, and execution from a single source
  • Clear lines of responsibility

  • Fewer interfaces

  • High reliability in terms of deadlines and processes

  • In-house production and manufacturing capacities

  • Controlled supply and value chains

Systematic Construction

Industrial prefabrication, standardized processes, and digital project methods form the foundation for efficient project execution. Components are manufactured in our own facilities and assembled on-site with high precision.

Parallel workflows in planning, production, and execution, along with the use of BIM and Lean Construction, support the rapid and coordinated completion of complex construction projects.
