DGNB Honors Max Bögl's Industrial Building Projects at EXPO REAL
Sengenthal, October 5, 2026
Markets are changing: New demands are being placed on infrastructure and buildings, and projects are becoming more complex, interconnected, and dynamic. As a result, future-oriented topics such as digitalization, security of supply, and energy—as well as modern solutions for logistics, parking, manufacturing, and living—are taking center stage more than ever before.
At EXPO REAL 2026, the Max Bögl Group will showcase how it is addressing these developments and what solutions it offers for the markets of tomorrow. The company’s exhibition will focus on the following areas: data centers, defense, energy, logistics, manufacturing, parking, and Living. The guiding principle is: “Infrastructure that enables the future. Buildings that shape the future.”
A special highlight of the first day of the trade show is the ceremonial presentation of a DGNB multiple certification for our logistics properties. As part of EXPO REAL, the Max Bögl Group will receive the DGNB multiple certification in gold for its base concept for logistics properties. The award underscores the importance of certified and standardized building concepts for the logistics sector. Going forward, the certified concept will serve as the basis for project-specific conformity assessments and the certification of additional system warehouses and logistics properties.
For the Max Bögl Group, receiving this certificate is further proof that market challenges are not merely being discussed but are already being addressed through concrete projects. The combination of forward-looking buildings, modern Infrastructure, and high-quality construction defines the company’s standards.
Visitors to EXPO REAL will find the Max Bögl Group in Hall A3, Booth 221. There, the company’s experts will be available to discuss current market developments and the group’s diverse range of services.
