This is a special moment in the company’s history—Max Bögl has surpassed the milestone of 1,000 women on its global workforce. To mark this milestone, CEO Michael Bögl presented the 1,000th female employee, Nicola Bößl, with a bouquet of flowers and personally welcomed the new electronics technician to Max Bögl.

With 6,750 employees worldwide, Max Bögl has reached the highest headcount in the company’s history. Last year, the Max Bögl Group welcomed over 1,000 new Bögl employees—impressive proof of the company’s growth and appeal. With women making up 15% of its workforce, Max Bögl also exceeds the average for the German construction industry.

Furthermore, the workforce is more diverse than ever before: Max Bögl now employs over 1,000 Bögl employees from 64 countries around the world. With this positive development, the Max Bögl Group underscores how important diversity is for a successful future.

But the growth is far from over. The family-owned company is currently seeking over 500 new employees for its 40 locations and approximately 400 construction projects. From Renewables to Infrastructure and power lines to Building Construction and Mobility, there’s something for everyone. With its wide range of opportunities, Max Bögl offers exciting roles in over 50 different professions.

Reaching the 1,000-mark for female employees is being accompanied by a social media campaign: “Women’s Power at Max Bögl.” The goal is to increase the visibility of women in the construction industry and to highlight the diversity of career opportunities in construction—and specifically at Max Bögl.
