maxmodul - a sustainable modular construction method for high-quality living space

In the midst of the current challenges on the housing market, Max Bögl Modul AG stands out as a pioneer in the construction industry with its innovative maxmodul residential construction system. The goal of creating affordable living space with maximum comfort and quality of life is pursued through serial production, which is not only cost-efficient but also geared towards sustainability.
sustainability.

The Max Bögl Group is a specialist in the serial construction segment. The growing demand for living space and rising rental costs call for innovative concepts such as the maxmodul residential construction system, which is characterized by its modular construction principle and flexible applicability.

One construction system, many applications

Adapted to diverse urban planning requirements, maxmodul not only enables the individual realization of offices, daycare centers, schools, hotels, medical technology laboratories and modular data centers, but also the efficient design of living spaces in particular. This system therefore plays a decisive role in creating affordable living space that promises maximum comfort and quality of life.

The high-quality, resource-saving room modules produced in the company's own modern construction factory at the Bachhausen site can be assembled and used at the required location in the shortest possible time. maxmodul not only impresses with its consistently high quality and economic efficiency, but also with the precision of its serial production with a maximum degree of expansion.

Focus on sustainability

Throughout the entire project process, Max Bögl attaches great importance to the issue of sustainability - be it the involvement of local companies for construction site services or aspects of sustainability in the company's own production facilities. The Group already uses 100% green electricity, process water from its own well system and recycled water for concrete production.

In the production of the modular components, the company relies on the specially developed Bögl environmental concrete with high-quality raw materials from its own regional extraction sites. As a self-compacting concrete, it contributes to an attractive and healthy working environment for Max Bögl employees with its low noise emissions, among other things. With 50 percent replacement of cement by our own finely tuned grinding materials, Bögl environmental concrete is a USP in the area of sustainability compared to conventional concrete. It is also recyclable and can be returned to the recycling cycle accordingly. This environmentally friendly construction method in combination with the solid construction method not only enables a long service life of the buildings, but also sustainable dismantling thanks to the modular principle and the absence of environmentally harmful composite materials.

100% digital planning with a high degree of process efficiency

The production process in the maxmodul construction factory is accompanied by continuous and integrated planning, from product definition to work processes. Here, the Max Bögl Group relies on intelligent product design, modern manufacturing technologies and production processes based on these. Trouble-free processes, clear standards, reduction of waste and precision are at the heart of the maxmodul production system. Components are manufactured in cycles and the organizational and digital networking ensures transparency and information. Unnecessary rescheduling is avoided and the number of errors is reduced thanks to controlled quality processes and Q-gates.

Creating value for generations with an innovative construction system

All in all, the maxmodul residential construction system is a pioneering example of the integration of modern T-echnology, efficient planning, well thought-out process optimization and environmentally conscious materials in the construction industry. The idea and implementation of this innovative construction method meet the individual wishes of the client and set new standards for the future-oriented and sustainable realization of affordable living space - in the shortest possible time, cost-efficiently, sustainably and with consistently high quality.
