Firmly integrated into the building construction sector, the in-house operator competence was concentrated in the in-house Facility Management department. Modern facility management (FM) today covers the entire life cycle of a building - from planning, construction and use to refurbishment, conversion or demolition. The aim is to guarantee safe operation for users. In addition, the construction and operating costs are to be permanently reduced and the availability of the facilities is to be ensured in order to maintain their value in the long term.
