Max Bögl breaks trainee record again

Alone at the headquarters in Sengenthal and the regional production sites, 105 young people start their careers in the traditional and innovative family business.

On September 2 they were welcomed by board member Michael Bögl in the new training centre in the Deining industrial park. During the first few days, the future skilled workers will gain their first insights into the Max Bögl world. Seminars for quick integration into the company and team trainings are on the agenda.

For next year, this number is to be significantly exceeded once again - with an expanded range of 35 training occupations and 6 dual courses of study.
