The Finnish paper group Myllykoski invests some 485 million in its new paper plant in the Lower-Bavarian Plattling. In the neighbourhood of the existing plant, there will be built one of the most state-of-the-art and environmentally-friendly production facilities for high-quality printing papers. The prefabricated element division with Max Bögl was decisively responsible to keep the construction of the carcass on schedule by June 2007.
The Max Bögl group of companies was commissioned to carry out planning, production, logistics and installation of about 7,000 prefabricated elements in all sizes and dimensions. The biggest component of the architecturally as technically extremely building project is a 36-m long and 2.5-m tall truss with a weight of almost 70 tons. Quality, efficiency and precision of the prefabricated concrete parts as well as a smooth building process convinced the building owner of the high competence of the Max Bögl group in the constructive prefabricated element building.
