New highlight in the northeast of Hamburg

The new development is providing an attractive shopping and restaurant event for the whole family in the center of Bramfeld – the city with more than 50.000 inhabitants is one of the most populous quarters of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg.

A three-storey shopping palace with a sales area of about 20,000 square meters is arising on the former Max-Bahr-Area near the corner Bramfelder Chaussee / Hertha Street. On the roof there are on two levels more than 400 parking spaces which are comfortably connected to the sales levels of the center by escalators, elevators and express elevators.
About 60 shops offer a wide range of goods whereas nationwide operating chain stores are present as smaller resident companies. The BOMBAY Project Developing GmbH & Co. KG is investing about 75 million Euros in the shopping center. The Max Bögl Group received the order for the turnkey building in consortium.

The shopping center will be carried out in in-situ concrete construction. Due to the utilization there are increased requirements for the construction of the basement of waterproof concrete. Typical hanseatic is also the design of the façade with clinker. The total construction time of the shopping center Bramfeld is about 21 months.
